Cancellation Policy
This service covers an initial consultation to discuss your custom journal needs. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. No design work is completed during this session, it's a chance to explore ideas, formats, and goals. A follow-up quote and timeline will be provided after the meeting. One free consultation per customer.
